Translates Physician's dictations of patient care and treatment into comprehensive typed records.

- Receives the physician's dictation of patients' cases.
- Listens to digital recordings and transcribes physicians' notes into well-organized and accurate typewritten statements.
- Detects any discrepancies in dictation and edits them accordingly.
- Translates complex medical terms and ensures that the meaning of the reports does not change.
- Develops an extensive knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with a variety of medical documents.
- Enters typed and reviewed documents in EMR.
- Other duties as assigned.
