Company Overview:
We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented ERP Systems Analyst to support and optimize our Fenevision ERP environment. This role focuses on product configuration, BOM logic, system accuracy, and customer-facing ordering workflows. The right candidate will also have the technical ability to work with SQL queries and Fenevision’s scripting tools.
Occasional light IT workstation setup is required. All major network and infrastructure support is handled by our external IT provider.
Responsibilities:
ERP & Business Systems (Primary Responsibilities)
- Configure and maintain Fenevision ERP product options, rules, and BOM structures
- Build and maintain product configuration logic using Fenevision scripting tools (rules, expressions, formulas, etc.)
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting, validations, and data analysis
- Understand table relationships and data structures within Fenevision to ensure accurate system behavior
- Maintain and support the Fenevision WEB customer ordering platform
- Provide ERP troubleshooting and support for production, sales, customer service, and other departments
- Test and document ERP updates, configuration changes, and new workflows
- Work with operations, engineering, and management to streamline processes and improve system accuracy
- Manage ERP user access and permissions within established standards
- Assist with building automated workflows, custom rules, or data-driven enhancements
Light IT Work (Secondary Responsibilities)
- Set up and replace basic workstation hardware (PCs, factory-floor terminals, barcode scanners, label printers)
- Install ERP client software and verify network/system connectivity
- Maintain documentation for workstation setups, device locations, and system configurations
- Respond promptly to device issues on the production floor to reduce downtime
Coordination With Outsourced IT
- Serve as the internal point of contact for our external IT support firm
- Submit, track, and follow up on support tickets
- Coordinate system needs, hardware changes, and IT escalations with outside support
- Ensure workstation and ERP setups adhere to company IT standards
- Communicate infrastructure concerns to outside IT without performing network or server administration duties
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2–5 years of ERP experience (Fenevision preferred)
- Ability to write and modify SQL queries (SELECT statements, joins, filters, troubleshooting)
- Experience with scripting or rule-based logic in an ERP or business software environment
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, product configuration, or BOM structures
- Proficiency with Windows PCs and basic hardware setup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff
- Willingness to work on the production floor when needed
Preferred:
- Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Familiarity with Fenevision scripting, FeneRules, or similar rule engines
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience working with MSPs or outsourced IT support teams
- Experience with Fenevision WEB, MES, or production scheduling tools
