Job Description
- Essential Role will be helping customers understand the value of maintaining their vehicles.
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service and surpass all our customers’ demands & expectations.
- Day to day activities will require applicants to refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend service to clients.
- Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.
- Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications.
- The right individual will have experience in a dealership environment , strong sales skills, and high customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
- Must have at least two years experience as a Porsche Service Advisor in a dealership setting.
- High Line dealership experience a plus
- Reynolds and Reynolds proficiency a plus
- Excellent customer service skills paired with a professional attitude
- Team player able to function in a fast paced environment
