Our busy , well established dealership located in Northeast Philadelphia offers a large well established customer base . We are able to offer our sales associates a way to grow a successful book of business with a top brand and aggressive marketing strategy to keep you busy.
- Experience in auto sales is preferred, but strong communication and closing skills are essential.
- We’ll teach you everything you need to know about our Toyota line up.
Responsibilities:
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, safety, and benefits to prospects.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous car sales is a plus
- Self starter with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Possess strong communication skills
- Dependable, solid work history, with references
- Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Must pass drug screen and background check
