Ag Sales Representative

We're seeking an Ag Sales Representative to help customers find the right agricultural, lawn, and turf equipment for their operations. What You'll Do:

• Sell new and used agricultural, lawn, and turf equipment to new and existing customers.
• Build long-term customer relationships by understanding their operations and recommending the right equipment solutions.
• Stay knowledgeable on equipment inventory, product features, financing options, and used equipment values.
• Follow the dealership's sales process using company tools and systems.
• Collaborate with the Parts and Service teams to deliver exceptional customer support.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
• Deliver sold equipment and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

• 1 year or more of equipment sales experience or experience in an agriculture-related field preferred. 
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment.
• Must pass a DOT physical and renew certification annually as a condition of continued employment.
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming practices preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and use Microsoft Office and other business software.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Pay Information: 

The salary pay range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
