What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Inventory Specialist position at SLLC?
We are seeking a Warehouse Materials Services Associate to support hospital inventory operations. This role is responsible for stocking supplies, maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling department requests, cycle counting, and ensuring products are properly rotated and available for patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill and deliver customer supply requests in a timely manner.
- Stock and replenish inventory locations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
- Apply charge stickers to patient charge items.
- Process requisitions using the Materials Management Information System (MMIS).
- Receive and verify incoming shipments.
- Maintain inventory security and product integrity.
- Assist hospital departments with supply requests.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of hospital materials or medical/surgical inventory experience required.
- Experience with inventory transactions, cycle counting, inventory adjustments, and perpetual inventory preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk frequently throughout the shift.
- Lift/carry up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Push/pull up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent reaching and continuous hand use.
Additional Information
- On-site position in Hershey, PA.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
