We are hiring Production Operators to join a fast-paced industrial coatings manufacturing facility in Pittsburgh. This position involves operating production and packaging equipment, handling raw materials, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. Safety, reliability, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
In-person interviews are required.
Responsibilities
- Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment
- Run pumps, valves, filling machines, case packers, labelers, robotics, and forklifts
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications
- Maintain production records, equipment logs, and inventory documentation
- Perform routine manufacturing tasks and minor equipment troubleshooting
- Support production schedules and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site for 2nd shift
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution experience
- Experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment
- Forklift and material handling experience
- Experience with blending, mixing, or batch manufacturing processes
- Ability to monitor machinery, gauges, and production quality
- Experience maintaining production documentation and inventory records
Pay: $19.00 - $20.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
