This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.We’re looking for someone who:Has 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related roleDemonstrates strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); BI tools a plusUnderstands demand management, order fulfillment, and supply chain processesCommunicates effectively across Sales, Operations, and Finance teamsPays close attention to detail and maintains process discipline under tight deadlinesWorks with integrity, handling sensitive and confidential informationIs proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven with a strong work ethicHolds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)Has strong revenue reporting and sales/financial analysis skillsWhat you’ll do:Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support quarterly and annual revenue planningTrack and analyze global revenue and bookings against forecastsSupport corporate reporting and participate in bi-monthly business reviews with sales leadershipDesign and implement sales reports in coordination with IT and business usersPerform ad hoc data analyses for bookings and revenue scenario modelingCreate and maintain monthly gap reports for Sales reviewManage pull-in requests, expedites, and provide timely updates to Sales on SSD statusMonitor orders not meeting customer request dates, tracking forecast gaps and lead timesPartner with Global Operations on build plans, shortfall analysis, and supportabilityAssist Sales in managing product wind-down demand to avoid exposureSupport pricing activities and ensure complianceCompany DescriptionSlingShot Connections provides contract staffing, direct hire placement, executive search recruitment, payroll services, and customized staffing solutions for numerous verticals, including accounting & finance, hospitality, human resources, and many more.
