Packager

● Perform all general production duties which include but are not limited to: labeling, capping,  bagging, and boxing as described in the PPS (Packaging Process Specification). 

● Read and understand the PPS for packaging instructions, material handling, and shipping  procedures. 

● Use hand trucks or other equipment to load, unload, move, or stack materials or products, as  needed. 

● Perform any tasks and/or production duties as requested by management. 

● Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and  regulations. 

● Must practice good safety habits at all times and be respectful towards all fellow employees. 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 

● High school graduate, college education preferred. 

● Minimum of two years of experience in the same or associated field. 

● Pallet jack experiences a plus. 

● Good communication skills required. 

● Must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions. 

● Must be able to work as a creative, flexible, innovative, and effective member of a team. ● Must be able to read, write legibly, count accurately, and perform simple math. 

● Must be punctual with good attendance. 

● Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs., additional weight with assistance.
