The Accounting Assistant plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting
customer and vendor transactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient
accounting processes. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and
enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who
● Holds a high school diploma
● Has at least 2 years of accounting experience
● Has experience with customer billing and invoice processing
● Demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Provides excellent customer service and communication
● Is comfortable using computers and business software applications
● Can read, write, speak, and understand English
● Has experience with Accounts Payable (preferred)
● Has experience using SAGE-100 accounting software (preferred)
● Meets U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency requirements to comply with ITAR
regulations
What you'll do
● Generate daily customer invoices and upload invoices to customer portals
● Post daily customer cash receipts and process credit card payments
● Assist with customer collections activities and RMA processing
● Enter and post vendor invoices for accounts payable
● Support vendor payment check runs, invoice matching, and filing
● Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
● Collaborate with internal departments to support business operations
● Assist with administrative accounting duties as needed
● Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
Salary : $29 - $31
