We are seeking a Vacation Rental Cleaner to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.Start as part time, possibility of full-time. Possibility for in house advancement to management. Starting training rate of $20 an hour, after training (typically 2 weeks) bump up to $22 an hour. After being with the company for 60 days wage increases to $23 an hour. Raises offered every 6 months from then. Responsibilities:Keep houses in clean and orderly conditionPerform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and making multiple bedsPerform routine maintenance tasksOrganize custodial closets and spacesMaintain working condition of cleaning equipmentQualifications: Ability to handle physical workloadStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsAble to problem solveOpen scheduleCan take and follow direction
