Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of vacation rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas
- Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Ensure all surfaces are disinfected according to sanitation protocols to promote guest safety and health
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials to ensure the property is fully prepared for incoming guests
- Handle janitorial and custodial tasks with precision, maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the property
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally during turnover processes
Experience
