SlimFit Studio is a luxury wellness and biohacking studio dedicated to helping clients feel healthier, stronger, and more energized through cutting-edge technology and personalized coaching. Our innovative services combine smart movement, recovery, and wellness to deliver exceptional results in a beautiful, high-end environment.

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator who is passionate about wellness and enjoys creating outstanding experiences for every client. This is more than a front desk position—you’ll be the welcoming face of our studio and an important part of our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with exceptional customer service and professionalism
• Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries
• Schedule appointments using Mindbody and CRM software
• Follow up with new leads and existing clients
• Explain services, memberships, and promotions with confidence
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Assist with social media inquiries and direct messages when needed
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
• Support daily studio operations and help create a luxury client experience

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, concierge, front desk, or customer service experience (wellness, fitness, medical spa, or luxury hospitality preferred)
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Friendly, positive, and confident personality
• Professional appearance with strong attention to detail
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales confidence and the ability to educate clients about memberships and services
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and biohacking technology
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to being a supportive team member
