Front Desk Receptionist ( Spa Associate )

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail or grocery settings is a plus, as well as proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the facility, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math skills.
• Provide product demonstrations and upsell merchandise to enhance customer experience.
• Supervise front desk operations and assist in training new staff members when necessary.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with retail sales activities, including stocking shelves and maintaining cleanliness in the front area.

Qualifications

• Requires front desk experience.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective interaction with customers.
• Basic math skills are required for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
