Description

Workday Report Developer with expertise in BIRT, PRISM Analytics, and Workday reporting frameworks supporting HCM and Finance analytics and business insights.

Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across HCM and Finance modules.
• Leverage BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) to build pixel-perfect reports, operational reports, and check designs.
• Utilize Workday PRISM Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, and advanced reporting
• Collaborate with HCM, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop calculated fields, custom reports, matrix reports, and composite reports within Workday.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs.
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Support Workday releases by assessing impact and updating reports as needed.
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to end users.

Requirements

• This is a Remote Position.
• 84 Months of experience working with Workday reporting tools.
• 84 Months of experience working with BIRT reporting (including check design, customer invoices).
• 84 Months of experience working with Workday PRISM Analytics.
• 84 Months of experience working with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
• 84 Months of experience working with Workday HCM and Workday Financials data model.
• 84 Months of experience working with data integration concepts (ETL processes, data mapping).
• 84 Months of experience utilizing Workday Reporting and/or PRISM Analytics, with a current Workday certification in either area.
• 84 Months of experience working with Workday Studio, EIBS or integrations.
• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 84 months of experience in working with SQL and data warehousing concepts, security configurations and data governance in Workday.
