SLIGER is a US-based manufacturer of high-performance PC cases, servers, and custom enclosures. All products are designed and built in-house at our Smithfield, Utah facility. We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our production floor as a lead over our hardware department.

Department Lead – Production Flow & Team Management

We are seeking a hands-on leader to assist managing our hardware /insert department. This role is responsible for managing both the workflow of the department and the people within it, ensuring that work is executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company priorities.

The ideal candidate will drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and production focus, making sure the team is consistently working on the right products at the right time to support overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations within the department, including both workflow and personnel
• Ensure work is prioritized and executed based on company needs, deadlines, and production requirements
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream departments to maintain smooth production flow
• Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations
• Ensure the team is aligned with production priorities and working on the highest-impact items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of workflow management and process improvement
• Ability to balance people management with operational execution
• Skilled in prioritization and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
• Focus on accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
• Experience in a machine shop or sheet metal fabrication environment strongly preferred

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Day Shift
• Hours 8:00am-4:30PM

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
