Warehouse Manager
$65,000–$75,000 per year | Full-Time
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to support our construction and interior design projects. This role is active and collaborative, combining warehouse operations with furniture delivery, installation, and client-facing work. You’ll work closely with interior designers, project managers, installers, and clients to help bring design projects to life.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, loading, and shipping
- Receive inbound deliveries using warehousing receiving software and ensure accuracy
- Stage furniture, artwork, and project materials by job for efficient installations
- Assist with furniture deliveries and on-site installations
- Install furniture, mirrors, accessories, and artwork per design plans
- Work closely with interior designers to understand design intent and installation needs
- Coordinate deliveries and schedules with project managers and job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
- Supervise and work alongside warehouse and installation staff
- Maintain tools, equipment, and warehouse vehicles
- Act as a professional, client-facing representative during deliveries and installs
- Follow safety procedures and protect client homes and furnishings
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, furniture installation, construction, or a design-related environment
- Experience with warehousing receiving software (WMS, ERP, or similar systems)
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor with clients and team members
Preferred (Not Required)
- Forklift or equipment certification
- Experience with high-end residential or commercial interiors
- Artwork or furniture installation experience
