Warehouse Manager

Better Beverages Colorado is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day warehouse execution within our beverage production facility. This is a true lead-from-the-floor role—you’ll be physically present, moving product, operating equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, compliant warehouse that consistently supports production.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in running a tight operation, values accountability, works well independently, and enjoys being part of a team producing high-quality beverage products.

This is not a desk job. Expect to be on the floor daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day warehouse operations with minimal supervision

• Safely operate a forklift and manage material flow

• Receive, store, stage, and ship finished goods and materials

• Maintain accurate inventory records, lot tracking, and FIFO

• Prepare and verify BOLs and outgoing shipments

• Perform daily cooler, equipment, and forklift checks

• Communicate clearly with drivers, suppliers, and production

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse

What We’re Looking For

• Forklift experience (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual English/Spanish (functional Spanish is sufficient)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes

• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping documentation

• Dependable, steady, and adaptable in a production environment

Preferred Experience

• Food or beverage manufacturing/warehouse experience

• Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, or audit-driven environments

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on production needs

• $35 per hour, depending on experience
