Treasury Manager

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee treasury operations, including daily liquidity, cash positioning, and intercompany funding across multiple entities.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and liquidity plans to support operating, investment, and regulatory needs.
• Execute and monitor investment activity, including money market and short-term instruments, in line with company policy.
• Establish and maintain SOX-compliant controls over treasury processes, including documentation, testing, and audit support.
• Lead treasury-related audit activities, including coordination with internal and external auditors and remediation of control gaps.
• Manage banking, custody, and third-party relationships, including oversight of service providers supporting reinsurance or offshore structures.
• Support capital planning, including contributions, intercompany movements, and preparation of materials for executive or board-level review.
• May provide leadership to a team and oversight of day-to-day treasury activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

What You Have

Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 5 years of treasury, accounting, or corporate finance experience.
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls in a public company setting.
• CTP, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  
  

Qualifications/Skills And Competencies

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, and SOX/internal control frameworks.
• Ability to design, document, and enhance financial processes and controls.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cash forecasting and investment activity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across entities in a complex financial environment.
• Effective communication and ability to partner with accounting, audit, and leadership.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Experience with treasury management systems and financial reporting tools.
