Marketing Assistant

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team.
• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
• Organize marketing files and asset libraries.
• Coordinate internal approvals and routing of materials.
• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and notes.
• Assist with creation and updates to marketing collateral.
• Coordinate printing and distribution of materials.
• Maintain inventory of Slide Swag and promotional items.
• Assist with website content updates.
• Upload and organize digital marketing assets.
• Support email campaign preparation and deployment.
• Maintain contact and distribution lists.
• Assist with agent communications and announcements.
• Coordinate agent marketing material requests.
• Support onboarding materials for new agents.
• Assist with webinar and virtual event logistics.
• Maintain documentation of approved materials.
• Assist with trade shows, conferences, and agent events.
• Coordinate shipping of marketing materials.
• Order promotional items and branded merchandise.
• Assist with corporate branding initiatives and employee onboarding materials.
• Support internal corporate events.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials.
• Maintain campaign tracking spreadsheets.
• Maintain vendor contact lists.
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

What You Already Have

Education and Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of marketing or administrative support experience preferred.
• Insurance or financial services experience a plus.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
