What You Will Be Doing

• Handle inbound and outbound sales support calls, texts, emails, and chats to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and input for new business sales
• Ensure client data and notes are complete and accurate in CRM/Salesforce
• Support the Sales Agents by processing payments, assisting with research for the quoting process, data entry, and other sales processing needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional client experience
• Identify and escalate complex issues to leadership when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring that procedures are properly followed, and that information is accurately documented.
• Meet or exceed quality guidelines to ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
  
  

What You Have

Education, Experience, and Licensing:

• High School diploma required.
• 1 years of administrative or customer service experience required.
• P&C insurance experience preferred.
  
  

Qualifications/Skills And Competencies

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
• Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible. Adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with team members in other departments.
• Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
