Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a critical role in our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential customers through various channels, ultimately scheduling discovery calls for our Account Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to launch or accelerate their career in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts within our ideal customer profile.
- Utilize a multi-channel approach (email, phone, social media, etc.) to prospect and engage with decision-makers.
- Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages that resonate with prospects and highlight the value of Slide
- Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for our solutions.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives, providing detailed hand-offs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and our product offerings.
- Continuously strive to improve sales skills and knowledge through training and feedback.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related client-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to research, identify, and engage with prospects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach) is a plus.
