Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, and experience with CRM software. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to company growth through strategic outreach and customer engagement across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling to prospective clients and follow-up with existing contacts.
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through research and direct outreach.
  • Engage potential clients via telemarketing, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate terms to close sales deals effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities within CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Track sales metrics and report on progress toward business development goals regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, manage multiple prospects simultaneously, and meet sales targets.
