Slice Merchant Services is seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Technical Support Specialist who will be assisting our clients with a smooth and efficient ***on-site/in-person*** equipment setup process as well as troubleshooting. This individual MUST be enthusiastic about supporting our clients by offering customer satisfaction & reliable technical support.

Responsibilities:

• COMPLETE ON-SITE SETUPS OF OUR EQUIPMENT AT THE CLIENT'S LOCATION
• PROVIDE TRAINING AND GUIDANCE TO CLIENTS ON HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT
• DIAGNOSE AND RESOLVE TECHNICAL ISSUES RELATED TO OUR EQUIPMENT
• PERFORMING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS ON EQUIPMENT
• MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL WORK PERFORMED
• COLLABORATE WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS, ACCOUNT MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR TO ENSURE EFFICIENT AND TIMELY RESOLUTION OF ISSUES
• COMMUNICATE EFFECITIVELY WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGEUES, BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITING
• FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS WORKING PROPERLY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
