Position Overview

Are you ready to be part of something groundbreaking? As a Budtender and Sales Representative at Pryzm Dispensary, you’ll be at the forefront of a new era in cannabis retail. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about cannabis, dedicated to customer satisfaction, and thrives on building genuine connections. In this role, you’ll guide each guest through our immersive space, helping them explore our products and find the perfect match for their needs. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Make each customer feel valued by offering a warm welcome and personalized assistance.
• Educate and Inform: Use your product knowledge to guide customers toward the right cannabis products for their needs, answering questions and providing honest recommendations.
• Maintain a Positive Environment: Uphold a friendly, professional, and non-judgmental space where customers feel comfortable exploring cannabis options.
• Ensure a Seamless Process: Handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring customers leave satisfied with their purchase and overall experience.
• Problem-Solve with Professionalism: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively, showing patience and understanding.
• Communication Excellence: Interact effectively, including over the phone, ensuring all questions and needs are addressed with respect and clarity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer service or retail sales, with a customer-first attitude.
• Familiarity with cannabis products or previous sales experience in fields such as wireless, electronics, or jewelry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for managing transactions and cash handling accurately.
