Position Overview
Sleepyhead is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Paid Ads Manager with deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts. This role will have full ownership of paid media P&L, with a clear mandate to drive profitable growth at scale.
You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms, with Meta as the core driver, while expanding into additional channels including TikTok, Pinterest, MNTN, and Google. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and understands how to balance aggressive growth with strong unit economics.
This is an in-office position based in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and manage the full paid media P&L, including budget allocation, forecasting, and profitability targets
● Lead strategy and execution across Meta Ads (primary focus), with additional oversight of TikTok, Pinterest, MNTN, and Google Ads
● Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining target ROAS, CPA, and contribution margin goals
● Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, funnels, and landing pages to improve performance
● Identify new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and campaign structures
● Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership
● Collaborate closely with creative, influencer, and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad assets
● Implement and refine tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement (GA4, pixels, etc.)
● Stay ahead of platform changes, especially within Meta, and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
● 3–6 years of experience managing paid media, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
● Proven track record of owning and scaling paid acquisition with direct impact on revenue and profitability
● Experience managing large budgets and optimizing toward P&L outcomes, not just channel metrics
● Working knowledge of TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, MNTN, and Google Ads
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions quickly
● Experience with attribution models, conversion tracking, and analytics platforms (GA4, etc.)
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
● E-commerce and direct-to-consumer experience strongly preferred
