Influencer Marketing Assistant

Full-Time | Scottsdale, AZ | $18.00–$20.00 per hour

We're looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll work directly under our Affiliate & Influencer Manager, helping execute influencer and affiliate campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

• Support the day-to-day execution of our influencer and affiliate marketing programs.
• Research and identify emerging Gen Z creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Build outreach lists and communicate with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
• Assist with influencer recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Coordinate product gifting, campaign timelines, and content deliverables.
• Write compelling outreach emails, campaign briefs, and creator communications.
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and creator partnerships that align with current social media trends.
• Track campaign performance and maintain organized records using spreadsheets and influencer marketing platforms.
• Assist with basic creator contracts and negotiation support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with brand initiatives and product launches.

• Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and creator culture.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z trends and internet culture, especially YouTube creators.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative thinker who enjoys developing fresh campaign ideas.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using influencer marketing platforms such as Aspire, Sprout Social, GRIN, or similar is a plus.
• Exposure to influencer contracts or creator negotiations is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Asana and Slack.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent internship/work experience.

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
