We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Director of Amazon Growth to join our growing e-commerce team. This position will work with our Amazon Manager, helping execute and optimize our Amazon marketplace operations. As the Director of Amazon Growth, you will support the day-to-day management of Sleepyhead's Amazon business, including product listings, advertising, inventory coordination, promotions, reporting, and account health. Working closely with and guiding the Amazon Manager, you will help execute growth initiatives, optimize performance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across the Amazon marketplace.
This role requires someone who is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Assist in managing daily operations within Amazon Seller Central.
- Maintain product listings, images, A Content, pricing, variations, and catalog accuracy.
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and performance standards.
- Identify and resolve listing issues, suppressed ASINs, and catalog errors.
- Assist with managing Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve TACoS, ACOS and overall profitability.
- Conduct keyword research and support listing optimization initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to help maintain healthy stock levels.
- Manage shipping templates and FBM locations.
- Assist with FBA inventory planning and replenishment.
- Help troubleshoot shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues.
- Analyze sales performance, advertising metrics, inventory trends, and customer behavior.
- Manage Amazon P&L
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
- Help resolve escalated Amazon customer issues, including returns, damaged shipments, delivery concerns, and account claims.
- Partner with Customer Support to ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining Amazon performance metrics.
- Work closely with the Amazon Manager, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to execute promotions, product launches, and growth initiatives.
- Assist with implementing new processes and best practices that improve operational efficiency.

- Minimum 6 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Working knowledge of Amazon PPC, Seller Central, FBA, and Amazon marketplace best practices.
- Understanding of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and catalog management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising Console.
- Experience using Amazon analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Data Dive.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience working for a consumer products or direct-to-consumer brand.
