Position Summary
Sleep Solutions Home Medical is seeking a reliable, patient-focused PAP Compliance Coordinator to support new PAP patients during their first 90 days of therapy. This role ensures patients understand their equipment, use it consistently, and meet insurance compliance requirements. This is a non-clinical, non-credentialed position ideal for someone with sleep, respiratory, or DME experience who enjoys patient education and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Review PAP usage data in systems such as AirView, React Health, or Care Orchestrator.
- Identify patients at risk of falling below compliance thresholds and track progress.
- Proactively reach out to patients to assist with issues and offer education.
- Troubleshoot basic PAP issues such as mask leak, humidity, or pressure discomfort.
- Document all interactions accurately in the EMR .
- Participate in weekly compliance review meetings and assist with reporting tasks.
QualificationsRequired
- Experience in respiratory, sleep, HME/DME, or patient-care support.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with daily outreach calls.
- Ability to learn software quickly and manage multiple patient timelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to teach new PAP users.
Preferred
- Prior DME/HME experience with PAP therapy.
- Familiarity with PAP platforms such as AirView, React Health, or Care Orchestrator.
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance compliance rules.
