Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Drives Sales Growth by developing new business & expanding growth in existing accountsDevelop & execute a strategic Territory plan with healthcare providers, hospitals & clinicsBecome pulmonary clinical liaison for consultative selling to increase product adoption & exceed revenue targetsBuild & maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals & case managersPrepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to prioritize high volume customersCommunicate new product and service opportunities, utilize Co resources to overcome obstaclesIdentify sales prospects, follow through on referrals and identify PPA accountsPrepare presentations, proposals, sales contracts and In servicesParticipate in marketing events such as seminars and trade showsCoordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close salesWorks with all clinical, managerial, and sales staff to promote and market home respiratory therapist services to all referral sourcesRequired to provide availability for patient contact and response to patient questions and/or needs Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/2 years of successful Medical Device Sales with a track record of exceeding growth & revenue targetsProven work experience as a sales representative with medical/clinical experience preferredPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Highly motivated with growth mindset to drive revenue.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion to drive sales volumeMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providingexemplary customer service Negotiation SkillsPresentation SkillsWork Environment This job operates in the field by calling on Pulmonologist, Hospitalists, Case Managers, Social workers, etc.
