- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality management role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
