We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our guests and will help ensure they have a welcoming and positive experience throughout their stay.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional customer service
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Taking and managing reservations
- Assisting guests with questions, local area information, and directions
- Handling front desk responsibilities accurately and efficiently
- Completing overnight/night audit duties as assigned
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and professional front desk environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision
- Dependable and punctual
- Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive for scheduled shifts on time
- Neat and professional appearance
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability preferred
Multiple Shifts Available
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Available as needed on various days throughout the week
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM — Overnight/Night Audit
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
