What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk position at Sleep Inn & Suite Pineville LA?
Night Audit consists of checking guests in and out of the system, with special attention to running the night audit to close the prior day business. Running reports for the hotel and printing and emailing to necessary parties. Wiping down surfaces, mopping, keeping the area clean, and ensuring the hotel is safe and secure during the night. Breakfast prep is done at 4:30 AM to ensure a hot breakfast for our guests. Logging all information in our system Quore and proper documentation. Turing in all paperwork at shift's end and any pass-on information to the next agent. Must have strong people skills, attention to detail, customer service oriented, organization skills a must.
