Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our Guests. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all Rooms are spotless, sanitized, and well-organized, providing exceptional Housekeeping services. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our Guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of Hotel Rooms including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Pulling of Laundry from Room and deliver it Laundry Room.
• Maintain floor care by performing carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and using specialized equipment for deep cleaning tasks.
• Communicate professionally with Guests to understand their specific needs and provide housekeeping services.
• Make sure of all necessary supplies available in the Room.
• Ensure all cleaning surfaces are sanitized according to health guidelines while adhering to safety protocols for janitorial equipment use.
• Co-ordinate with Front desk Team regarding Stayover Guests.
• Provide Clean Rooms for Renting to the Guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Hospitality housekeeping roles, with knowledge of Hotel Rooms Cleaning and janitorial procedures.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, and other tools necessary for comprehensive cleaning.
• understanding of cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and surface care techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple Guest's requests.
• Exceptional Guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients about their expectations.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
