- Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, handling inquiries efficiently
- Check guests in and out using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented approach
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with confidentiality and precision
- Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Uphold hospitality standards by ensuring cleanliness, safety protocols, and guest relations policies are followed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software is preferred
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently
