Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management software.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls effectively.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing routine property inspections, and managing access control for staff and guests.
- Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial transactions for management review.
- Support front desk operations by assisting with reservations, room assignments, and guest services during overnight hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional phone etiquette.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest relations in a resort or hotel setting.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards, guest services protocols, and security procedures is advantageous.
