Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold high sanitation standards
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency
• Maintain floor care by using appropriate equipment for carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying protective treatments as needed
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained, stocked, and properly stored to support daily operations
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and general custodial duties to keep the premises spotless

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus
• Basic cooking skills are advantageous for preparing light refreshments or assisting with guest needs when required
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols
