Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Assistant role for our Moon Township and Cranberry locations. The Clinical Assistant will work closely with patients and support the clinical team in delivering exceptional care. Responsibilities include patient management, assisting with treatments and procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication with patients and colleagues, and adherence to established clinical protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine to assist in clinical procedures and patient care including digital scanning and dental x-rays.
- Commitment to exceptional Patient Care and ensuring a positive patient experience
- Ability to work well in an on-site environment with a focus on teamwork
- Previous experience in a dental or medical setting is a plus
- Completion of relevant certifications or training in healthcare assistance is preferred.
