Sales & Project Support – Reading, PA location

This is an exciting and rare opportunity within a rapidly expanding company

As Sales & Project Support, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process through accurate quoting, disciplined follow-up, and maintaining complete and reliable CRM data. You will work directly with and support a Regional Account Manager, helping drive deals from initial quote through to close.

This is a highly detail-driven, execution-focused role. It is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys supporting others, and thrives in a structured, process-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and complete quotes with a high level of attention to detail
  • Execute disciplined follow-up to ensure all opportunities are progressed or closed
  • Maintain CRM data with complete accuracy, ensuring no missing or outdated information
  • Support a Regional Account Manager on active deals from quote through close
  • Manage revisions, change orders, and add-on requests with precision
  • Ensure all deal details are complete and accurate prior to handoff to Order Processing
  • Track and manage multiple active quotes and projects simultaneously
  • Generate and maintain reporting including dashboards, handovers, and order confirmations
  • Manage email communications and maintain a clean, organized customer database

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or coordination roles (experience in building products, construction, or architectural industries is an asset)
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining detailed records
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly reliable in follow-through
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills across multiple active projects
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Takes pride in doing work correctly the first time
  • Enjoys supporting others and contributing to team success
  • Comfortable working within structured processes and systems

What You’ll Do

  • Quote and Order Execution – Own the preparation, revision, and accuracy of all quotes and related documentation
  • Pipeline & Project Tracking – Monitor and manage leads from initial request through quoting, and project closure to ensure seamless progression
  • CRM Ownership – Maintain a clean, accurate, and reliable CRM that supports the sales team’s success
  • Proposal & Presentation Support – Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials to support sales initiatives
  • Process Optimization – Help improve internal sales processes, tracking, and reporting efficiency
  • Deal Support – Contribute to closing a defined volume of deals over time as part of a quota-driven support function

NOTE: This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing responsibilities with consistency and accountability.
