Since launching in 2022, we have released five apps, each reaching the top of the App Store worldwide. Our flagship AI friend is Pengu. Pengu is an IP-based AI character that lives between you and your real friends — you can raise it together, play games, chat, and watch it live its own life. Pengu has become the biggest AI character app with its own IP in the US. We have also launched a new AI social product in stealth that is already seeing outstanding adoption.

Tasks
You’ll work on building and scaling our community to millions of users: driving organic growth through Discord, TikTok, and Instagram, creating content that resonates, managing hundreds of creators, and acquiring new ones to expand our reach.
As one of our first hires in the US, you’ll shape the voice of our community in the US-market from day one and have ownership across channels, campaigns, and creator partnerships.

Requirements
- Having product sense is great.
- Deep understanding of social media culture: TikTok, Instagram, and Discord are second nature to you.
- Experience building and growing online communities from scratch to scale.
- Experience managing and activating creators or influencers at scale.
- Experience driving organic growth through content, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Strong ability to sell the vision. Convincing creators, partners, and users to join and stay engaged.
