As our Community & Events Lead, you will own a key channel of our GTM engine by scaling brand awareness through a community-driven events engine. Your focus will be building the community and marketing engine that expands our brand reach and transforms our events motion into a predictable pipeline channel.
This role is a rare chance to build a community-driven events ecosystem from 0→1, stand up our early in-house marketing capability, and scale awareness across CFO, HR, and Legal decision-makers. If you're excited by building communities, running high-volume events, and taking a systems-driven approach to turn creative GTM ideas into measurable pipeline, we'd love to chat.
What You'll Do:
Community-Driven Events & Ecosystem (Core Focus)
- Work directly with our CEO to build and launch multiple communities focused on our ICP (website, new member onboarding, community operations).
- Be the face of WithCoverage at events nationwide, traveling regularly to host, connect, and build relationships in person
- Own all day to day operations (events, concierge services)
- Responsible for all new member onboarding
- Partner with Growth Team to execute new member growth strategies
- Own reporting on metrics (net new members, net new opportunities for WithCoverage, etc.)
- 4 years in relevant fields (high-growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking/PE/VC)
- Expert relationship manager and networker, with capacity to excel in B2B sales closing 6-7 figure deals
- Excellent communication and executive presence – you will represent the brand

Salary : $140,000 - $225,000
