Key responsibilities include:
- Perform thorough cleaning of fitness studio spaces, including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas
- Take before and after photos at each location to document results
- Follow a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure all tasks are completed to standard
- Clock in and out at each stop using a mobile app
- For Lead: Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, place restocking orders, monitor cleaner attendance, and coordinate same-night replacement coverage if needed
Required Qualifications:
- Comfortable working overnight and independently
- Proficient in using a smartphone and mobile apps for clocking in/out and photo documentation
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs, bend and kneel for cleaning tasks, and stand for the duration of each shift
- Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel between studio locations
- Available to work overnight shifts starting at 11:00 PM and 12:30 AM on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
- Experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role
- English proficiency sufficient to follow checklists and communicate as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Competitive hourly pay: $19/hr (cleaner) or $21/hr (lead)
- Performance bonuses: $20 per 4-5 star rating, streak bonuses at 10/25/50/100 shifts, solo coverage bonuses (max rating bonus up to :$1,040/month)
