Position Overview: Regional Director of Operations
Are you a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment? Do you enjoy being hands-on, mentoring teams, and making a tangible impact at each property you touch?
We’re looking for a Regional Director of Operations who will oversee multiple hotels across our portfolio. This is a highly mobile role—you’ll be traveling 90% of the time, actively supporting General Managers, inspecting properties, managing the hotel’s financial success, launching new openings, and delivering results that matter.
What You’ll Do
No two days are the same in this role, but your impact will be felt in many ways:
· Lead and mentor General Managers across your region
· Conduct regular property visits (both scheduled and surprise) to uphold brand and service standards
· Provide support for new hotel openings and conversions
· Partner with hotel ownership to drive profitability and performance
· Analyze market trends and guest satisfaction data to create growth strategies
· Jump in wherever needed—from front desk to facilities—to lead by example
· Ensure operational certifications (e.g., CPO, liquor/food licenses) are current
· Manage rates and financial success
· Monitor and manage P&Ls, budgets, and forecasts for each property
· Promote a strong company culture grounded in integrity, teamwork, urgency, and customer focus
What We’re Looking For

· 3 years as a Hotel General Manager or equivalent operations leadership experience
· Excellent communication and virtual management skills
· Strong knowledge of revenue management and hotel systems
· Hotel sales experience
· A proactive, hands-on, team-first mentality
· The flexibility and grit to work weekends, holidays, and unconventional hours
· Willingness to roll up your sleeves and jump into operations when needed
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong computer skills
· A deep understanding of both guest and ownership satisfaction metrics
Travel Expectations
This is a travel-based position, and flexibility is key.
Valid driver’s license, rental car access, and air travel ability are required.
