The Senior Talent Manager needs to already have an established roster of high-performing digital and multi-hyphenate talent while playing a leadership role within the management team. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry relationships, strong business instincts, and a passion for shaping talent careers across brand partnerships, content, and traditional entertainment.
This position requires a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, creator-first environment and understands the evolving media landscape.
- 5–7 years of experience in talent management, digital talent representation, or a related entertainment field
- Proven track record managing established creators and executing high-level brand partnerships
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contracts, deal structures, and talent economics
- Existing industry relationships across brands, agencies, and entertainment partners
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, creator monetization, and the evolving media ecosystem
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance creative vision with business strategy
