🔬 In This Role, You Will:
- Build and verify analytical methods for finished supplement products and complex formulations
- Use cutting-edge lab techniques to characterize botanical and plant-derived ingredients
- Run, maintain, and troubleshoot instruments including HPLC, GC, and LC-MS systems
- Collect and organize chromatographic data through Empower software
- Participate in product release testing alongside R&D and quality functions
- Perform foundational lab procedures such as titrations, gravimetric analysis, and separation techniques
- Support ongoing regulatory compliance and help uphold certifications like ISO 17025 and NSF
- 5 years of hands-on experience in a cGMP nutraceutical or pharmaceutical setting
- Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and similar instrumentation
- Working knowledge of Empower chromatography data software
- A background in botanical ingredient identification and analysis
- Familiarity with FDA guidelines and relevant quality standards
- A Bachelor's in Chemistry (Biochemistry, Inorganic, Physical, or Polymer preferred) — or a Master's/Ph.D. with 3–5 years of GMP lab experience
