Core Responsibilities Project Coordination
- Schedule roofing jobs and assign crews
- Coordinate deliveries of shingles, membranes, flashing, dumpsters, etc.
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules due to weather or delays
- Ensure permits and inspections are completed
Crew & Subcontractor Management
- Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors
- Verify workmanship and productivity
- Train team members on safety and company standards
- Resolve on-site conflicts or performance issues
Quality Control
- Inspect roofs before, during, and after installation
- Ensure work meets manufacturer specifications and local building codes
- Conduct final walkthroughs with customers
Customer Communication
- Update homeowners or commercial clients on project status
- Address complaints or change requests
- Handle warranty/service issues after installation
Budget & Materials
