Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Location: Washington, DC (Union Station)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $21–$25/hour (based on experience and converted to salary upon hiring).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the 1920 Merch retail store.
• Recruit, train, and schedule retail associates.
• Monitor sales goals and create strategies to increase performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with brand mission.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory and restocking.
• Ensure cash handling and POS procedures are followed.
• Communicate with headquarters on marketing and promotions.
• Helping with social media post.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience (fashion or gift retail preferred).
• Passion for women’s empowerment a must!
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Must be organized, reliable, and results-oriented.
• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends.
