This is a full-time, on-site role based in Clinton, TN, for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, including equipment upkeep, preventive maintenance schedules, and effective repair solutions. The role involves supervising maintenance teams, ensuring optimal operation of machinery, and managing workflows to meet production goals. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reliability within the facility.
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance Management to ensure machinery efficiency and minimize downtime
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair processes to address and resolve equipment issues promptly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage
