Branch Operations Manager
Work Location: In person, Knoxville, TN
Full-Time
Pay Range from $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year plus Commission based on EXPERIENCE

The Branch Operations Manager will oversee all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of the operation. They will also work with the staff to foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. A hands-on approach, committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable the achievement of sales goals, while complying with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT. Knowledgeable about safe work practices, policies, and procedures, and performs all duties in a safe manner.
We’re seeking someone who can lead with confidence and think independently to make informed decisions without constant oversight, with the attributes below.

Sales Motivated
Strong technical aptitude, motivation, and enthusiasm.
Punctual and reliable with strong time management and sense of urgency.
DUTIES
- Providing leadership for all team members of the facility
- Business operations/management of daily activities
- Visiting potential customers to gain accounts
- Contacting potential businesses and creating proposals for fleet maintenance contractual agreements
- Maintain and create daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
- Supervisory Duties

Qualifications
- Prior Management and Leadership experience
- Sales experience
- Organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer Service experience
- Strong understanding of P&L and KPI’s
Preferred
- Product/Industry knowledge
- Automotive/Medium and Heavy-Duty Fleet Experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in computer and scheduling systems
