We are seeking an experienced Community Admin to join our thriving property management company. The Community Admin is responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, from introducing properties to prospective tenants to periodic inspection of actively leased properties along with completing admin work in a timely manner. As a successful Community Admin, your goal is to achieve and maintain great resident satisfaction with admin work being completed in a timely manner while assisting the leasing team. Responsibilities
- Advertise vacant properties
- Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
- Complete admin work such as sending leases, assisting the leasing team and assistant manager with emails, phone calls, and other used software
- Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
- Accept rental payments and provide receipts
- Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends
- Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
- Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
- Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
- Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in property management
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Property Management or Real Estate License preferred
- Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices
- Up-to-date on the local real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Experience with property management software preferred
Salary : $19 - $23
